For a one-time fee of $600, The Financial Integrity Group can obtain your DOT and ICC/MC numbers, federal identification number, and BOC-3. You may fill out the necessary applications at the bottom of this page.
DOT Compliance
The Financial Integrity Group offers services to keep you compliant with DOT including:

Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium – $200 for Enrollment for the driver, $150 for each additional driver, and $130 annual renewal per driver (includes testing costs)
