Beneficial Owner Information

LLC – Limited Liability Company

Forming a limited liability company allows you to protect your personal assets with liability protection. This means that if the business is sued, the suing party cannot legally come after the member’s personal assets like a car or house. An LLC also provides you with certain expense deductions to save money on your taxes and with flexibility in business management and organization.

INC – S Corp Election

An S-Corp is a type of tax filing that allows the entity to be taxed as a partnership rather than a corporation. This means that the corporation’s profits pass through the entity level and are only taxed at the shareholder level instead of at both corporate and individual levels.

Registered Agent Service

This service allows us to accept official and legal documents on behalf of your corporation or LLC. Most states do require businesses to have a registered agent designated to receive documents including the service of process notices, Secretary of State correspondence, tax forms, and lawsuit notices. Having a registered agent keeps you in good standing with the state and ensures that you don’t miss important documents sent for your business. We off the registered agent service for a one time fee of $50 so long as the business name does not change.
