The Department of Transportation requires that ALL drivers be enrolled in a random drug and alcohol consortium. This is so that the drivers can be pulled randomly for drug testing. Our consortium is $95 per year and that includes the cost of the actual drug testing. All drivers may be pulled up to 4 times per year and you will NEVER have to pay for random drug testing costs!!
